At Ozark Glow, we’re committed to crafting products with care, transparency, and a whole lot of heart. Below you’ll find the fine print—written as clearly and kindly as we can.

Handmade Products

All of our candles are hand-poured in small batches, which means slight variations in color, texture, or adornment (especially for topped candles like those in our Sacred Sparks collection) may occur. These differences are part of what makes each piece special and one-of-a-kind.

Intention-Based Products

Our ritual and intention-setting candles—including the Sacred Sparks collection—are crafted with meaningful symbolism, herbal and crystal correspondences, and a focus on mindful creation. While these products are designed to support personal reflection, spiritual rituals, and emotional grounding, Ozark Glow makes no guarantees of specific outcomes.

These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical, psychological, legal, or financial condition. They are tools of support—not substitutes for professional advice or services.

Scent Sensitivities & Ingredients

Our candles are made with a soy-paraffin blend and premium fragrance oils. Scent is deeply personal—if you have specific sensitivities or allergies, please review the product ingredients carefully or reach out to us before purchasing. We do not currently offer unscented or essential-oil-only alternatives.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time on candles or bath and body products However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Shipping

Orders typically ship within 5–7 business days unless otherwise noted (e.g. for pre-orders or limited drops). Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Once a package is shipped, tracking will be provided, and delivery responsibility transfers to the carrier.

Candle Care & Safety

  • Trim your wick to ¼ inch before lighting.
  • Burn within sight and away from flammable objects.
  • Keep out of reach of children and pets.
  • Never burn for more than 4 hours at a time.

A care card is included with each order as a reminder to light responsibly.
