Refund policy

At Ozark Glow, we want you to love every purchase! Here's how our policy works:

Candles & Bath/Body Products If your item arrives damaged, we'll replace it within 7 days of delivery. Simply contact us with a photo of the damage and we'll make it right.

Accessories & Other Items We accept returns on accessories and other items within 30 days of purchase. Please reach out and we'll walk you through the process.

Workshop Tickets Workshop tickets are non-refundable. However, we completely understand that life happens! If something comes up, just reach out and we'll do our best to get you rescheduled. Don't hesitate to contact us — we're flexible and happy to work with you.
